At RTI CABINETS, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day return window for unused, unassembled cabinetry components. We strive to ensure your home renovation project is seamless and satisfying from delivery to installation.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare for Shipment

  Ensure all cabinet components are in their original, unopened packaging; please note that assembled units or modified items are not eligible for return.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Securely package your items and ship them back to our distribution center using a trackable carrier, as the customer is responsible for return freight costs.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a standard 20% restocking fee.
